Job Summary
Assemble, install, maintain, and test electrical systems and wiring in commercial and industrial environments by reading blueprints, connecting equipment per NEC code, and verifying dimensions. Prepare job sites, operate tools such as hydraulic benders and cable vacuum systems, and ensure clean, safe work areas with consistent PPE use. Travel to out-of-state locations as required to complete projects within deadlines and budget constraints. This full-time onsite role involves 8–10 hours daily with overtime and night shifts, demanding the ability to work in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a commercial electrician
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability
- Experience in precise conduit bending, layout, and installation
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to project completion
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
- Ability to work 8–10 hours per day, 40+ hours per week, with overtime and night shifts as needed
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with PPE requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds
- Regular crawling, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and climbing required
- Repetitive use of hands, arms, and fingers for tool and material handling
- Physical labor makes up over 70% of daily responsibilities
- Must be able to travel to job sites as required, including out-of-state locations
