Job Summary
Traveling Journeyman Electrician responsible for installing, removing, and replacing UPS systems and generators at large distribution centers and commercial facilities across the Midwest. Read blueprints, one-lines, and schematics to coordinate with a small team, perform conduit work (3/4" to 4" EMT and rigid), wire pulling and termination from 24V DC to 480V AC, and adapt to day or night shifts on deployment. Base location Lowell, AR with sustained travel for weeks to months, company fleet vehicle provided, hotel accommodations, and per diem. Licensure and driving eligibility are required; OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, and other preferred qualifications are listed as optional enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Current Journeyman Electrician license required; proof of licensure must be provided upon offer
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR; must be 21 or older to operate a company fleet vehicle
- Demonstrated experience with UPS systems and commercial or industrial generator installations
- Proficiency in EMT and rigid conduit work, wire pulling, and termination across commercial and industrial applications
- Must be willing and able to deploy for weeks to months at a time with no fixed return schedule and no regular obligations requiring time at home
