Job Summary
Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations on new construction projects. Supervise and train apprentices while collaborating with project teams to meet deadlines. Document work and track materials throughout the residential setting. This role requires 3+ years of electrical experience, knowledge of the National Electrical Code, and strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Overtime, weekend, and emergency work may be required. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical experience
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Leadership skills
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking on various surfaces
- Frequent ladder use and work at heights
- Regular bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
- Frequent use of hands for tools and precision work
