Journeyman Electrician Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities while leading and mentoring a team of electricians to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety. Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to guarantee accurate execution and compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Schedule and prioritize daily tasks to meet project deadlines and budgets, conduct regular safety inspections, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety reports. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project progress.
