Job Summary
Install electrical systems, panels, wiring, and lighting while troubleshooting circuitry and replacing damaged components on industrial equipment. Order parts and control job materials using the computer system, then complete work orders per client specifications and review finished jobs with customers. Maintain a clean work area and proactively prepare for upcoming tasks while interacting with team members and external clients. This role requires a valid state Journeyman Electrician license, 5+ years of experience, and ability to travel as needed. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant electrical experience, preferably in industrial, commercial and/or institutional sectors
- A valid state Journeyman Electrician license is preferred
- Experience with conduit runs 1/2' - 2' (EMT,GRC,PVC Coated (Ocal) and S/S)
- Able to troubleshoot on complex industrial installations
- Familiarized with instrumentation and controls
- Working knowledge of all relevant electrical code (NFPA, NEC, etc.)
- Thorough ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Excellent communication skills within team and external customers
- Strong eye for Quality Assurance and pride in craftsmanship
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Proficiency with computer programs (Microsoft programs, email, time entry)
- Ability to travel as needed
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10 certified is a plus
