Job Summary
Conduct full range of duties for plumbing, piping, sheet metal, electrical, ironworking, and welding on construction sites. Oversee crew productivity, ensure schedules and deadlines are met, and perform layout activities and material takeoffs. Manage trade-related requisitions, execute planned maintenance, and perform equipment start-ups with documentation. Conduct quality control inspections and handle technical troubleshooting and diagnostics as needed. Maintain clean work areas while complying with safety protocols and building codes.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master License
- High school degree or GED
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Good dexterity and eye hand coordination
- Aptitude for technical problem solving
- Familiarity with building codes and current laws/regulations
- Ability to maintain clean and orderly tools/work area
- Ability to lift, move, and/or carry 50 lbs
