Journeyman Electrician or Leadsman

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all necessary documentation while reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations and upgrades. Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, including wiring, panels, circuits, motors, and equipment. Coordinate material ordering, serve as the primary contact for vendors, and oversee their check-in/out processes. Provide guidance and oversight to apprentices and less experienced technicians. This role requires a Wisconsin journeyman or master's license with 5-10 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction, local code knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
