Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems while building and presenting ethical options ranging from repairs to permanent solutions. Execute work in a clean, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring proper billing, invoicing, and daily documentation of activities. Respectfully coordinate with dispatch, managers, and in-house staff to ensure smooth job operations, while maintaining the company vehicle and inventory of parts, fixtures, tools, and shop equipment. Hold a valid Minnesota Journeyman License and a clean driving record, capable of lifting 50+ pounds. Work before scheduled start times in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, communicating professionally with customers and team members to help them make informed buying decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record
- Hold and maintain a Minnesota Journeyman License
- Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
- Participate actively in all trainings, meetings, classes, and company events
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life
- Personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- On time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
