Job Summary
Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial and commercial electrical building equipment, including AC and DC controls, wiring, switchgear, and transformers. Execute scheduled assignments and work requests while reading blueprints, schematics, and code specifications to determine correct layouts. Perform continuity, current, voltage, and resistance tests on electronic equipment and components. Conduct preventive maintenance programs, maintain records, and research repair parts from manuals and computer sources. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize reliability and value.
Required Qualifications
- Must Possess valid Journeyman's license, state electrical license or be within 30 days of getting.
- Must possess current and valid Journeyman license, state electrical license or have verifiable experience
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in process-driven electrical maintenance position.
- Knowledge of the operating practices of preventive maintenance.
