Job Summary
Install electrical systems in commercial construction markets and supervise helper/apprentice electricians on a per job basis. Apply basic electrical principles to solve design problems, troubleshoot common systems including services and feeders, and repair faulty equipment. Measure, cut, and install conduit; splice wires; connect power cables; and prepare sketches following blueprints. Complete work in accordance with national codes, company policies, and safety programs while maintaining clean job sites. Fulfill daily commitments, load materials, and pull wire through conduit as directed. Travel is a must. Applicants require four years of electrical project installation experience, a valid state license, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- 4 years' experience in electrical project installations.
- Applicants must have reliable transportation.
- Position requires electricians hand tools.
- Ability to work with hands, multi-task.
- Advanced electrical knowledge required.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license & clear driving record to meet Company policy.
- Applicable state certification.
- Travel is a must
