Job Summary
Supervising Journeyman Electrician responsible for installation of electrical systems in commercial/industrial construction, supervising/coordination of helper electricians, ensuring customer relations, and adherence to NEC and company policies. Duties include site readiness, material loading, trenching, wiring, conduit, lighting, panel installation, system repairs, safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules under a site foreman; requires 4 years of electrical installations experience, high school/GED, and relevant state certification. Travel within greater NJ area may be required; Master license is a plus but not required. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Paid Vacations, 401(k). Mahwah, NJ location.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- 4 years’ experience in electrical project installations
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license & clear driving record to meet Company policy
- Applicable state certification
- Possess reliable transportation
- Experience with electrical installations in commercial/industrial settings
- Ability to read and follow blueprints or diagrams
- Knowledge of NEC and safety practices
