Job Summary
Journeyman Electrician role installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing electrical equipment and materials for critical telecommunications and recovery solutions. Responsibilities include assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical equipment (cabinets, meters, sub-metering, conduit, wiring); using electrical testing equipment; obtaining required electrical permits; reviewing closeout documentation (site photos, tests, inspections); maintaining a clean work environment; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma/GED, 2-3 years electrical experience, 1-2 years wireless telecom experience, valid state electrical licenses, OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, RF safety certification, ability to read schematics/drawings, and proficiency with tools and MS Office. Must be willing to travel up to 100%, with on-site work in Wanamingo, MN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to three years of electrical experience
- One to two years of wireless telecommunications industry experience
- Must have valid state electrical license(s)
- Must have or obtain OSHA Construction 10-hour Safety Training Card
- Must have or obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
- Must have or obtain and maintain RF Radiation Safety & Awareness certification
- Knowledge of electrical codes and licensing
- Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings
- Proficiency with Computer and Microsoft Office
