Job Summary
Experienced Journeyman Electrician sought for oil and gas projects in the Permian Basin. Responsibilities include new electrical service installations up to 480/277 VAC, wiring motors and transfer pumps, industrial electrical work, interpreting Electrical Drawings and P&IDs, wiring and fabricating electrical and control panels, PLC programming a plus, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, and diagnosing malfunctioning systems. Role involves travel and a rotational schedule; candidates should be self-starters with reliability and the ability to adapt across functions. Training provided and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed electrician
- Journeyman Electrician license
- High school diploma
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred
- Three to four years of experience as a licensed electrician
