Job Summary
Install electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments while leading crews, mentoring apprentices, and coordinating with Project Managers and Superintents. Review plans and schedules to ensure proper installation, identify potential issues, and communicate solutions to project leadership. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company standards while driving jobsite productivity. Travel throughout Florida and other states as project needs require. This full-time role supports large-scale projects in commercial, warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Experience working on large commercial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar projects
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment
- Ability to work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel
