Journeyman Electrician

Job Summary
Install electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments while reviewing plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper installation. Lead by example, mentor apprentices, and assist in developing field personnel through task delegation and crew leadership. Coordinate work activities with Project Managers, Superintents, and Foremen to drive jobsite productivity and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company standards. Identify potential issues and communicate solutions to project leadership to support successful project completion. Travel throughout Florida and other states as project needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Experience working on large commercial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar projects
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment
- Ability to work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel
