Job Summary
Install electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments while leading crews and mentoring apprentices. Coordinate work activities with Project Managers, Superintents, and Foremen by reviewing plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper installation. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, identify potential issues, and communicate solutions to project leadership. Support successful project completion through teamwork and accountability while traveling throughout Florida and other states as project needs require.
Required Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Experience working on large commercial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or similar projects
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment
- Ability to work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel
