Lead crews on commercial and industrial electrical projects; travel to Florida and other states as needed; mentor apprentices; coordinate work with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen; review plans and schedules; ensure safety compliance and quality standards; drive productivity and teamwork on large-scale installations; stay responsive to project leadership and adapt to project needs; emphasize dependable, safety-focused performance in field leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen
- OSHA certification preferred
