Journeyman Electrician

Journeyman Electrician position within the Electrical and Instrumentation Division. Responsibilities include defining and overseeing project scope, planning and finalizing projects per contractual agreements and budgets, scheduling timelines, enforcing health and safety policies, inspecting compliance with codes, mentoring apprentices, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting motors, motor controls, VFDs, and motor starters, following wiring diagrams, and applying basic automation concepts as required. Requires knowledge of electrical systems, transformers, automated control systems, compressed air systems, and the ability to read blueprints; strong communication, organization, and safety orientation are essential. Requires a valid North Dakota journeyman license, high school diploma or GED (Electrical schooling preferred), four years of construction electrical experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work in Fort Collins, Colorado. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work ethic.
