Journeyman Electrician

Journeyman Electrician role responsibilities tied to maintenance operations at Cushman & Wakefield client site in Lehi, UT. primary duties include preparing market-ready apartments, performing and overseeing maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs; responding to resident service requests with a focus on safety and quality; completing on-call emergency procedures; maintaining grounds and common areas; and ensuring compliance with housing laws and safety standards.
