Job Summary
Lead or supervise a crew of electricians in the installation, alterations, additions, modifications, maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Perform and oversee a wide range of electrical tasks including installation, troubleshooting of motors, controls, circuits, and equipment; read and interpret maps, instructions, specifications, and blueprints; bend conduit; operate power tools and site equipment; work from printed schematics; ensure safe work practices under LOTO and PPE requirements; manage field crews and mentor apprentices while maintaining quality and productivity across commercial/industrial jobs.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or holder of a G.E.D.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
