Job Summary
Provide initial Check-Test-Start for various HVAC products and service commercial and industrial equipment at customer locations. Diagnose and repair systems using hand tools and blueprints, document all work, and provide troubleshooting training to clients. Represent the company as a direct customer contact while securing additional work through proactive recommendations. Drive a company vehicle to sites with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travel. Maintain an acceptable driving record and adhere to all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
- 5 (five) plus years related experience
- demonstrate punctuality and attendance on a consistent basis
- maintain an acceptable driving record
- adhere to all pertinent ThermalNetics policies, including drug and alcohol screening requirements and harassment policies
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
- Drives a company vehicle to job sites
- Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel
