Job Summary
Provide day-to-day technical support to end users by identifying, researching, and resolving issues via telephone, email, and personnel requests. Install and configure commercial software, hardware, and network infrastructure while updating solutions databases and enforcing IT policies. Maintain, upgrade, and repair PCs, laptops, and desktop applications, including setting up new users in IDAM and managing multiple-level security LDAP profiles. Monitor and track problems to ensure timely resolution across Special Access Program activities. Requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to work day shifts Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technician Level I or Information Assurance Manager I within 6 months of the date of hire
- Minimum of three to five (3 - 5) years of experience in information technology or a related field
- Prior performance in roles such as System, Network Administrator or Information Technology/Assurance Specialists
- Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
- US Citizen
- Active TS with SCI eligibility

- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience preferred
