Job Summary
Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on customer and dealer-owned agriculture and turf equipment, including established AMS and John Deere products. Provide field service support to customers as required. Participate in Service Training programs to develop skills and maintain current knowledge of competitive products. Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment while keeping a clean, orderly work area. Complete all reports, forms, time cards, and material accounts following safety rules. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly. Forklift license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture and turf equipment
- Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
