Job Summary
Journeyman-level Acquisition Program Analyst for Education with Industry (EWI) supporting Wright-Patterson AFB. Responsibilities include matching students with companies, conducting site visits, managing student administrative needs (Leave, Travel, In Processing, Out Processing, Legal reviews), responding to student inquiries, managing stakeholders’ interests, and supporting the program’s strategic vision. Requires active DoD Secret Clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5 years AF/DoD experience in Acquisition/Training/Personnel. Hybrid role located at Wright-Patterson AFB, approximately 3 days on-site per week. Skills include relationship-building, organizational capability, problem-solving, and strong proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years AF/DoD experience, preferably in Acquisition, Training, or Personnel
- Solid understanding of the Air Force acquisition workforce and Air Force acquisition organizations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
