Job Summary
Join a mission-driven fabrication and welding team as a Journey Worker - Welder (L1–L5). You will perform basic MIG and stick welds in flat/horizontal positions under supervision, assist with setting up welding machines and fixtures, support layout and tack welding from basic shop drawings and weld symbols, prep and align materials, participate in visual weld inspections, and progress to more advanced welding techniques (vertical, overhead, TIG, stainless, pressure) as you move up the levels. The role emphasizes safe operation, organized teamwork, continuous learning, and skill-based progression from L1 through L5, with opportunities to work on diverse custom projects across industries. A high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a welding program or apprenticeship are required, along with basic welding knowledge and a desire to grow in advanced welding and fabrication techniques.
