Job Summary
Journey Worker - Pipefitter in Rochester, NY. Responsible for cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and fittings, inspecting systems for malfunctions, and collaborating with engineers, designers, and project managers. Must follow NFPA 70E and participate in safety talks; mentor less-experienced team members; uphold high craftsmanship and safety standards. Requires strong blueprint reading, familiarity with plumbing codes, trade mathematics, and the ability to operate lifting equipment and work in varied environments. Regular full-time role with a 40-hour schedule and potential overtime/travel; compensation ranges from $27.00 to $55.00 hourly dependent on experience, with bonus plans eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Strong technical experience in pipefitting
