Job Summary
Install, dismantle, move, and align industrial machinery using layout plans, blueprints, and technical drawings; bolt, weld, rivet, and fasten components to foundations or support structures; operate lathes and mills as needed; perform rigging and crane work safely; assist in mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance; maintain awareness of site hazards and follow OSHA and company safety standards; read and understand mechanical drawings; work in varied environments (mills, plants, shops, fabrications, field installations); able to work independently and with engineers, machinists, fabricators, and project teams; comfortable with overtime or flexible hours; demonstrate craftsmanship and a strong work ethic; roles include progression from L1 to L5 with increasing responsibility.
