Job Summary
Journeyman technician role responsible for maintenance and repair of diverse in-store equipment across a geographic area. Includes on-the-job training and assessment of Apprentices and oversight of Tech I/II duties. Responds to work orders for HVAC, refrigeration, beverage equipment, ice makers, fuel dispensers, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance; replaces plug-and-play equipment; provides coaching, site assessments, and progressive training to Apprentices; ensures safety compliance and records apprentice progress.
