Journey Education Support Personnel

Monitor students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and during field trips to ensure safety and model appropriate social skills. Adapt learning processes and assist certified staff with instructional activities for students with behavioral, academic, and special health care needs. Document student progress, maintain instructional materials and records, and respond to emergency situations or conflicts by de-escalating behaviors and directing them toward positive outcomes. Attend requested meetings to receive and convey job-related information.
