Job Summary
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while maintaining their dignity and safety. Respond promptly to resident needs and alerts, carry a radio, and support staff in delivering meals and facilitating activities. Communicate any changes in resident condition to a supervisor immediately and complete required sign-off sheets by shift end. Assist new residents with settling in and maintain a safe environment through fire safety procedures and universal precautions. Provide support during community tours and attend mandatory training and meetings. Maintain all required certifications and criminal record clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have criminal record clearance
- Must attend required amount of training programs each year
- Must have a current basic First Aid Card
- Must be at least 18 years of age
