Job Summary
Inspect concrete products for quality, shape, color, and consistency; remove defective items and replace them with conforming pieces. Sort, pack, film, and prepare finished goods for shipment. Transport raw materials and finished products manually or using equipment. Assist machine operators with daily tasks and clean machinery to maintain a safe work environment. Work night shifts from Sunday to Wednesday between 5:30 PM and 5:30 AM. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 23 kg regularly and sustained focus for 10-hour shifts within Techo-Bloc's collaborative manufacturing culture across North America.
Required Qualifications
- Ponctuel(le) et fiable — le respect des horaires est essentiel à la production

- Capable de rester concentré(e) pendant des quarts de 10 heures
