Conduct grinding, deburring, and finishing on metal parts under the foreman's supervision. Assist with critical molding and casting stages while ensuring safe material handling according to factory standards. Maintain a clean work environment to guarantee safety for all personnel. This role requires full adherence to the "Arrive Healthy / Leave Healthy" program and the ability to work rotating shifts. Candidates must possess the physical aptitude to work in a foundry environment with heat, noise, and physical exertion. Pre-employment medical exams and background checks are mandatory before starting.
