Job Summary
Lead the sales team in one of our retail stores by providing excellent customer service and ensuring your team delivers the same. Work with the Store Manager to create a unique shopping experience, support sales team development, and assist in setting up retail operational standards to drive profitability. Act as a product expert who brings everything together for the benefit of customers while gaining valuable, career-building experience. Flexible working options are available.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience as a retail Supervisor
- previous experience as a Senior Sales Assistant
- ability to work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand
- ability to support the development of the sales team
- ability to ensure customer needs and wants are met
- ability to assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards
- ability to deliver in store efficiencies to drive profitability
- excellent understanding of product
