Job Summary
Senior Manager for Multi-Channel Marketing based at The Barn, Joules Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Lead storytelling and manage a team spanning paid and organic social, influencer outreach, community engagement, and retail marketing. Drive digital transformation through innovative paid and organic social strategies, with a strong focus on SEO, content creation, and brand-consistent messaging across platforms. Oversee the content strategy and ensure integrated execution aligned with the brand marketing calendar, KPI targets, and ROAS growth. Collaborate with Creative and Copy teams to maintain brand DNA and tone of voice, supporting seasonal campaigns and partnerships. Onsite role with typical hours 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends for live activations and events. Sponsorship: right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship is required. The role requires leadership of a cross-functional team and strong emphasis on digital performance, influencer outreach, and retail marketing alignment.
Required Qualifications
- manager level experience in social and content marketing
- experience driving digital transformation through marketing strategy
- experience leading paid and organic social campaigns
- strong understanding of SEO and digital PR
- experience building outreach and influencer programmes
- hands-on experience managing social media channels and content creation
- ability to report on organic and paid metrics and drive growth
- experience with multi-platform posting and scheduling systems
- ability to balance creativity with commercial goals
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to collaborate with Creative and Copy teams
- familiarity with brand tone of voice and retail marketing, including seasonal campaigns
- proactive, self-starter attitude and ability to lead a team
