Joint Venture (JV) Operations & Strategy Manager

JV Operations & Strategy Manager leads the financial, operational, and strategic functions of a complex joint venture, coordinating executive-level reporting, forecasting, onboarding, and portfolio management. Responsibilities include managing Board materials and meetings, overseeing accounting functions, developing monthly forecasts and the Long-Range Plan, setting pricing outlooks, guiding new deal onboarding, monitoring dealer relationships, overseeing held orders and credit utilization, ensuring internal controls, supporting global JV relationships, and collaborating with product management to drive cross-functional improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a deep understanding of financial operations, risk management, and compliance within JV structures. The candidate will lead a team to analyze complex client portfolios, assess financial positions, and drive strategic modifications, renewals, and refinancings, while interfacing directly with external clients and coordinating with underwriting and risk teams. Requires on-site work in listed U.S. locations and willingness to align with Wells Fargo’s risk and compliance programs.
