Job Summary
Grind, fill, crown, and package joints while cleaning machinery, applying labels, and running joint machines. Weigh products, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate records and inventories. Communicate directly with Team Supervisors/Leads and assist in other areas when not performing daily tasks. Maintain personal cleanliness, PPE, and adherence to SOPs while meeting quotas set by team leads. Work in loud, dark, or bright environments, lifting 50 pounds, and handle caustic chemicals as needed. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Able to work in loud areas
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Capable of working in dark or bright environments
- Able to work in low oxygen areas
- Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals
- Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas
- At least 21 years of age
- Willing to participate in an extensive background check
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Computer Literacy (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields
- Knowledge of the cannabis plant
- Experience working with plants or other commodity crops
