Job Summary

The Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst will support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission by providing comprehensive joint target intelligence (JTI) including target system analysis, development of joint target lists, ongoing target management, and combat assessment according to military guidelines. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting on-the-job training, and maintaining enterprise readiness. The role demands expertise in intelligence tools such as NPW, MARS, and JTT-CP, along with adherence to ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category
  • Master’s degree in a related area or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 additional years of experience
  • Targeting certification and experience
  • Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior training and experience within the Defense Intelligence Agency Mission Management career field
  • Joint Target Intelligence specialty
  • Experience within USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission
  • Joint or Service Qualifying Targeting School (JTS, CTC, etc)
  • Additional targeting, fires, planning, systems experience or education/training related to cyberspace operations
