Job Summary

Joint Replacement Sales Representative with Stryker requires building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals, delivering product demonstrations, and implementing sales strategies to exceed territory goals. You will act as the resident Joint Replacement expert, provide training and guidance on products and tools, and ensure compliant, ethical selling practices while focusing on patient outcomes. The role emphasizes field-based, remote-capable sales activities, travel within a defined territory, and a commission-based compensation structure with bonuses. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to navigate operating/ER environments are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite, databases, etc.)
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial
  • Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
  • Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity
  • Must be able to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
  • Must travel as required
  • Ability to work remotely or in field-based settings as described
  • Ability to work in a confidential and compliant manner
  • Ability to work within a set territory
