Job Summary
Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings while assisting confident salespeople in promoting Stryker products. Monitor territory development, track progress, and communicate effectively with Sales Representatives to help them surpass performance benchmarks. Solve product problems onsite, educate medical staff, and maintain sample inventory with strong time management. Build lasting client relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional service to customers. Complete required trainings and certifications to maintain expertise, fulfilling on-call duties including evenings, weekends, and holidays for urgent technical needs. This field-based role involves 30% travel and requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree OR Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT etc.)
- minimum 2 years of related experience
- High School Diploma
- minimum 4 years of related experience
- minimum 4 years of active-duty military service
- valid driver's license
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Must have a valid driver's license
