Job Summary
Joint Operations Campaign Planner sought to plan, resourcing, and coordinate OAIs across multiple agencies within the INDOPACOM AOR. Responsibilities include leading portfolio OAIs from inception to completion, coordinating tasks and deliverables, interfacing with SOJ3 management, integrating new team members into the cross-functional team, contributing to knowledge management, and leading or presenting meetings to diverse audiences. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in high-level operational planning, experience with OAIs in the Indo-Pacific, excellent oral/written/coordination skills, force disposition knowledge, and a Top Secret SCI clearance. Onsite full-time role based in Aiea, Hawaii; US citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required. Salary range $125,000–$153,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a GO/FO multi-star level conducting tactical, operational planning to achieve strategic effects
- Minimum five out of the last ten years supporting or conducting OAIs in the Indo-Pacific theater
- Must possess excellent oral, writing and coordination skills to communicate information clearly and concisely
- Knowledge of force disposition, maritime and special operations is compulsory
- Must possess Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible
