Job Summary
Identify, analyze, and articulate requirements for Joint Fires Network and Tactical Mission Network integration across Services, Allies, and Partner Nations in the Indo-Pacific. Act as primary liaison between contractor team and SOCPAC leadership to develop TTPs, CONOPs, and workflows. Provide input on refinement of integration strategies, national intelligence integration, and leading fires concepts. Engage DoD stakeholders to support multi-domain operational implementation across constructive, virtual, and live environments. Conduct short- and long-term CONUS and OCONUS travel for hands-on integration support, site visits, and execution of exercises. Requires TS/SCI clearance and 15+ years of military experience.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance required: TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 15+ years of experience in a military, including 5 years in military operations, focused on military staff planning, capabilities, strategies, and technologies
- 10+ years of combined experience in military operations with a focus on joint kinetic and non-kinetic fires and/or targeting/Intel, with at least three years of experience in the INDOPACOM theater
- 2+ years Joint Fires Network (JFN) integration experience with Tactical Mission Networks
- Demonstrated experience in technical projects supporting the operational implementation of advanced techniques, theories, and practices in technology programs transitioning to full operational use

- Travel duties include providing hands-on Joint Fires Network (JFN) and Tactical Mission Network integration support to SOCPAC elements in theater

Desired Qualifications
- Weapons School graduate is highly desired
- Graduate of Joint Targeting Course and/or Target Development Course is highly desired
- Expert in all facets of the coordination and execution of the F2T2EA process is highly desired
- Familiarity with INDOPACOM Theater Mesh Network and SOCOM Networks program objectives is desired
- Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) qualification is highly desired
- Regional expertise of the political, economic, cultural, and security dynamics within the INDOPACOM AOR is highly desired
