Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and validate observations, issues, lessons, and best practices while managing and tracking lessons in JLLIS. Support AOWGs, Senior Leader WGs, and GOSC events by conducting trend and statistical analysis of lessons learned. Advise senior leaders on strategic-level observations and support 4-star level engagements and briefings. Maintain availability during core work hours as established by the Government customer. Requires a TS/SCI security clearance, Bachelor's degree, and 6+ years of lessons learned or assessment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of lessons learned or assessment experience
- Experience with JLLIS and joint exercise environments
- Strong analytical writing and facilitation skills
- U.S. citizens
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
