Joint General Manager- Legal

Manage litigation and arbitration across Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals by coordinating with zones, tracking issues, and preparing defense replies. Collaborate with external counsel, business teams, and the Marketing Legal Head to contest cases, negotiate fee schedules, and initiate legal action when disputes remain unresolved. Develop and standardize agreements, LOAs, and leases while ensuring business understanding aligns with company principles. Maintain MIS, file trademarks, and handle MoPNG grievance portals by uploading responses within turnaround timelines. Advise stakeholders on legal issues, impart training, and disseminate updates to ensure consistent litigation strategy and secured business interests.
