Job Summary
Provide research, analysis, and rapid plans support for Joint Fires Electromagnetic Warfare across the Indo-Pacific; support JEMSO integration into planning; assist senior-level strategic planning and briefings; develop reports and background information for USINDOPACOM leaders; leverage AI tools and data analysis to inform EW operations and targeting within USINDOPACOM AOR.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of documented Electromagnetic Warfare experience in lieu of degree
- At least 10 years' combined experience in Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) operations, capability development and/or policy
- At least 3 years' experience at a Combatant Command or Service Component HQ
- At least 3 years' experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations (AOR)
- Experience with targeting and joint fires in order to assist USINDOPACOM in developing, coordinating, and executing EW operations as part of the management and execution of the targeting plans and joint fires/effects within the Indo-Pacific AOR
- Familiar with INDOPACOM Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Deliberate and Crisis Action Plans, and Operations Plans (OPLANS)
- Experience in writing reports, graphics and information papers
- Experience analyzing operational data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and SharePoint collaborative tools
- Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools in support of government client objectives (e.g. GPT, GenAI, AskSage, MAVEN, python, etc.)
- Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible
- Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance
