Joint Concept Integrator

Lead USSOUTHCOM's coordination and integration of Joint Warfighting Concepts (JWC), ensuring alignment with Joint Staff priorities and Combatant Command objectives. Coordinate and support participation in Joint concept development activities, wargames, planning events, and experimentation initiatives across the Department of Defense. Integrate these concepts into command exercises and training events to improve operational readiness and future force development. Prepare senior leaders for discussions and wargames by developing executive briefings, information papers, decision papers, and recommendations. Represent the Command during Joint Concept working groups and DoD wargaming forums to effectively communicate priorities and operational equities. Support Joint training assessments, doctrine development, lessons learned integration, and organizational initiatives that advance future operational capabilities. Serve as a trusted advisor on emerging Joint concepts, strategic planning, and capability development while supporting Crisis Action Team activities as needed.
