Joiner

Joiner role based in Coatbridge, UK, performing high-standard carpentry and joinery repairs in housing properties. Responsibilities include routine repairs, quick repairs, lock changes, boarding up windows, kitchen repair and partial kitchen installation, and general maintenance in social housing. You will deliver excellent customer service while meeting safety, quality, and cost-control standards. Requires City & Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery, a valid UK driving license, good written and verbal communication, numeracy, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures; must be able to use a PDA after training. On-call coverage is 1 in 5 weeks with an additional allowance. Benefits include company van, fuel card, uniform, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, volunteering leave, and various staff perks.
