Job Summary
Hepatologist sought to diagnose and manage liver, gallbladder, bile duct, and pancreatic disorders including hepatitis, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Role involves performing and interpreting diagnostic procedures such as liver biopsies, imaging studies, and lab tests; developing and implementing treatment plans for acute and chronic liver conditions including pre- and post-liver transplant care; and providing patient education, disease prevention guidance, and health maintenance support. Requires MD from an accredited medical school, board certification or eligibility in hepatology, and an active New York medical license. Salary $250,000-$400,000 with comprehensive benefits and CME stipend.
