Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist II participates in Crescendo Academy and delivers omnichannel support (email, chat, phone) across internal clients or partner accounts, using AI-enabled CX tools to troubleshoot issues, identify recurring problems, and provide insights for process and automation improvements. The role emphasizes developing next-gen CX skills, working in a hybrid onsite/office setting in San Pedro Sula or Tegucigalpa, and building trust with customers through clear, empathetic communication while supporting a fast-paced, AI-first environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in a BPO, CX, or customer service role
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 to C2 Level on the CEFR scale)
- Be open to working onsite or in a hybrid setting as required
- Demonstrate schedule availability and flexibility to support business needs.
