Job Summary
ENT-Otology Specialist with residency-directorship potential joining two board-certified otolaryngologists in a collegial practice. Role includes general ENT expectations while building an Otology practice, teaching and mentoring residents in UPMC Hamot's ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program, and participating in a robust referral network. Responsibilities feature night and weekend call coverage with residents handling initial calls, a fully integrated Epic EMR, and opportunities tied to an enhanced compensation package, relocation assistance, sign-on incentive, CME days, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice coverage. Located in Erie, PA with potential for leadership growth within the residency program and dedicated teaching duties.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited ENT Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology with interest in Otology
- Completion of a fellowship in Otology not required
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and credentials
- DEA certification
