Job Summary
Join UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA as an ENT-Otology Specialist within a collegial, physician-led ENT team. Take general ENT responsibilities while building an Otology practice, participate in teaching and mentoring residents in UPMC Hamot’s ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program, and contribute to a robust clinical and educational environment. Responsibilities include general ENT duties, joining a four-physician Otolaryngology group, night and weekend call every fourth night/weekend with residents taking primary call, and collaboration within a fully integrated Epic EMR. The role offers an enhanced compensation package including productivity and quality incentives, a residency stipend, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, CME days, relocation benefits, PSLF eligibility, and employer-paid malpractice insurance. Opportunities for leadership/directorship within the ENT residency program and the potential for directorship in the future are highlighted. Requires MD/DO, completed ENT residency, Pennsylvania medical license eligibility, and DEA certification. Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Accredited ENT Residency Program completion
- American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology with an interest in Otology
- Completion of a fellowship in Otology is not required
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
- DEA certification
